Holiday Flat to Let
Grand Marine Court is situated on the seafront at Rothesay, with uninterrupted views over Rothesay Bay, on the beautiful Isle of Bute. Part of a converted Grade C listed hotel, Flat 9 is on the first floor, accessed via the stairs from the entry door to the rear of the property. The flat is decorated and furnished in a fresh and modern style.
The accommodation is made up of:
• Bright lounge with sea views.
• Fully fitted kitchen.
• Dining area.
• Bathroom, with shower attachment.
• 1 Double bedroom with sea views.
• 1 Twin bedroom with sea views.
Heating is included in the price, all linen and towels are provided and there is a washing machine in the kitchen. There is a TV in the lounge. Parking is available at the rear of the property. Please note that the accommodation is non smoking and pets are not allowed.

The flat is just a five minute walk from the ferry terminus & Rothesay town centre, which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Rothesay is Bute ’s main town, and there is an excellent tourist office in the Discovery Centre, which also houses an exhibition about the Isle of Bute.
Rothesay is the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Bute. Fifteen miles long and five miles across at its widest point, the island is home to many historical sites including Rothesay Castle and Mount Stuart House, beautiful gardens and walks for all abilities. Getting here
The Isle of Bute is situated in the firth of Clyde. It is reached by ferry from the Wemyss Bay Ferry Terminus, which is about a one hour drive from Glasgow on the M8/A8 motorway. The crossing lasts for 30 minutes. For information on crossing times and fares, please visit www.calmac.co.uk.
From the ferry terminal turn right and go along the seafront road, Argyle Street, for about 300 yards. Grand Marine Court is on the left, just before the Pavilion. Parking is on the street in front of the property.

Tariff
The rental period is one week, Saturday 4pm until Saturday 10am. Depending on availability, it may be possible to make a late booking for a period of 3 nights or more, based on the pricing structure below.
There are certain weekends which are excluded from this, and the rates for these are shown in the second table.
